This policy explains what ONE to Z Shop collects when you use 1toz.shop, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

To take and deliver an order: your name, phone number and delivery address, and your e-mail address if you give one. If you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture from them. If you pay online, the payment gateway handles your card or wallet details directly — we never see or store a full card number.

Why we collect it

To confirm and deliver your order, to take payment, to answer questions about an order, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep. We do not sell your personal data to anybody.

Who we share it with

Our courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our payment gateway receives what it needs to take the payment. Nobody else, except where the law requires it.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and your sign-in working — without them the shop cannot remember what you put in your basket. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how the shop is used and to measure advertising. You can block those in your browser and the shop still works.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Signed-in customers can delete their own account from My Account. For anything else, contact us.
